Rules and resolutions

Stalowe Rumaki is an ordinary association entered in the register maintained by the relevant County Authority. The Club was founded by five experienced motorcyclists united not only by their passion for riding, but also by the desire to create a close-knit and responsible community.

Our activities are governed by internal rules. They define the Club's values and objectives, membership principles, the responsibilities assigned to its officers, and the way in which group rides and other activities are organised.

We have our own emblem, inspired by the name Stalowe Rumaki, as well as insignia identifying Club roles. They symbolise membership, responsibility and respect for motorcycle tradition.

The complete Club rules are made available to members and candidates at the appropriate stage.

1. 21 August 2026 — Resolution No. 1Establishing the rules for wearing Club clothing and positioning Club insignia.
2. 21 August 2026 — Resolution No. 2Admitting a new member and appointing that member as Road Captain.
3. 21 August 2026 — Resolution No. 3Establishing the rules for forming and safely riding in a Club motorcycle column.

Next Management Board meeting3 October 2026 — a meeting will be held to review the Club's activities to date, identify its most important needs, plan further action and admit new members.

Motorcycles are our shared passion, but the character of the Club is shaped above all by its people. In every situation, we are guided by several fundamental principles:

• mutual respect and personal integrity;
• responsibility for our own safety and the safety of others;
• discipline and cooperation during group rides;
• commitment, reliability and readiness to support one another;
• respect for the Club's symbols, traditions and good name.

Detailed organisational rules and riding procedures remain part of the Club's internal documents.

Stalowe Rumaki welcomes people who share our values and wish to take an active part in Club life. Candidates should be prepared to learn and respect the Club's rules and Management Board resolutions.

Taking part in our meetings and group rides is an important stage of the candidacy process. It gives us time to get to know one another's character, personal conduct, sense of responsibility and ability to ride safely in a group.

Membership is about more than owning a motorcycle. What matters is commitment, trustworthiness, a willingness to work together and an attitude that strengthens the Club and builds its good reputation.
